How it Works
Our objective is to build a lasting relationship and enable our investors to achieve a greater level of financial freedom by creating strong returns on property investments.
To achieve this we source, remodel and refurbish under-utilised properties to an impeccable standard, creating desirable homes while increasing significant value and equity. We then re-mortgage the property, which due to the additional equity created, enables us to get back most, if not all of the initial investment:
1. Buy property below market value
2. Refurbish and remodel to increase value and add equity
3. Refinance the property (or sell if it’s a flip) to pull the capital out
4. Pay the investor original funds plus interest
5. Analyse and source next potential deal, offering investors opportunity to invest again
As we add value to the property, this will in turn raise the investors’ level of protection as the money invested will be secured against an asset with a higher value than the original purchase price.
